well......rich got me on a roll.......first homemade chili powder...........now the adobo experiment..............was good........i don't particularly like chicken, but this was fall off the bone.........next time i do adobo........will be with pork

Dude....How can you not like chicken

Of course I have a chicken coop. Fresh yard eggs is a must. Love them birds. Actually like all meats except pastrami.

all i did, was google it..............found TONS of info......too me awhile to weed out the insignificant ones
