chicken a guse at time ?

    i am doing 2 chickens at the same time has some beef this weedend and i am looking for a guse at about how long i am doing a 9 pount bersket so i am going to satrt it a 1 am i want to eat some more arond 1or 2 pm so when i do need to put the whole chickens on ?

    i know that you need to rest ALL meat after cooking .....so how long should i rest the chicken the beef im going to rest for 1.5 houres i was thining cover birds with tinfole and rest for 15 minnets ?
