Hey all! I have been lurking in these forums for a few months drooling! I have been cooking and grilling since I was a kid so I have some expirience but smoking is pretty new to me. Smoke chips on the gas grill just didnt cut it anymore. Recently I developed a love for smoked food so decided to get a smoker to help with my addiction. I picked up a Louisiana Coutry Smoker CS-570 about 3 weeks ago. It's a pellet pooper and I love it. So far I've smoked Chicken breasts a couple times, brats, Ribs, Corn, Brisket, Potato skins, Portobella mushrooms, and Turkey Breast. Everything has turned out great so far, neighbors and friends are raving about it This has been one of the best things I have purchased in a long time! I am looking forward to learning from you all.
