Made a small batch of my Cherry wood smoked beef jerky to take to a 4th of July party. Used London Broil because it was on sale and smoked it using cherry wood....First time I did the entire drying in my smoker. Turned out great!

Forming the pellicle on my counter, prior to smoking.

    Checking on first rack......almost there

    Completed......dang good!!

Looks great! Cherry is typically what I use for smoke when making jerky. Or a mix of Kiawe and cherry. London broil makes great jerky and I use it as its on sale more than the other cuts.

I've been using your Thai marinade exclusively and added other flavors/seasonings to get it they way we like it! I've tried a bunch of other "good recipes" over the years but nothing compares to this!! Thanks!

It's a great simple base recipe. I did a batch recently that I added ginger, and five spice to. Was tasty!

Great looking jerky....same here, cherry smoke is my favorite!

I like the use of the London Broil....never ever thought of using it.
