Fired up the Mini with 365 brand lump, cherry and pecan wood for smoke. Not really sure how hot I was running the smoker as I didn't really care. I took the burgers close to 45 minutes to get done so it wasn't running super hot. Baked some tater discs to go along.

Formed some patties. Seasoned them up. Mine has chipotle too!

Cut up some toppings. Soak taters in cold salt water for 45mins to draw out the starches. Roll taters in melted garlic butter and bake in oven till browned.

My youngest getting creative with his burger!

I like this on my Cheeseburger!

ENJOY!!!!

Tasty lookin' burgers, Case...nice job!  Never tried wasabi mayo, but it sounds great for a burger.

Looks good. The couple of times I haved tried smoking burgers the outside of the burger ended up "tough" (for lack of a better word). They had a good flavor and the inside was still moist but I didn't like the texture of the outside

Thanks! The texture was just like any other grilled burger.
