Hello all. my name is josh. Im new to smoking. Planing on doing some pulled pork tomorrow. Im from ferndale, michigan. Just north of detroit. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. I wish the weather would break and get warm. The forcast high for tomorrow is 38. About 12 degrees below average. Oh, I just got a brinkmann trailmaster. Its all seasoned and ready to go.

Well had to put off the pp for another day. Got a sweet case of the stomach flu and the smell of any food makes me sick to my stomach at the moment. So ill give it a go next weekend.
