I found this advertised and inquired..... http://fargo.craigslist.org/hsh/691442091.html

He said he will sell it to me for $40.00, here are a few pics of it -

I am thinking for the money it is either a great parts machine (grates and and the firebox) or I can weld my other CGSP up to it and have a firebox on both ends. I am pretty sure I will end up picking it up tomorrow but wanted to hear some other thoughts on this.

Bump....
Any thoughts from anyone about 2 CGSB's welded together with fireboxes on both ends(more even heat)? ..... I am thinking double the fun as far as smoking product goes and the airflow can meet in the middle and then disperse......or chimney's at each end with the smoke going up the middle of the 2 CGSP's....... Just a thought.

if you got 2 of em, and you can weld... well, why not? You would just have one serious long-boy grill going on! My only thought is that maybe they would get a bit too hot with 2 full heatsources going, and it would facilitate the need to tend 2 boxes not one.

It definitely can't hurt to try as long as you can fix what ya break :)

Dude, I'd be on that like a duck on a june bug! Whether or not you pop another firebox on it. Looks like good condition, ready to churn out some Q with little restoration effort!
