If i weigh my pork loin and get the proper ammount of TQ and sugar mixed . Can i take part of the cure and mix w/ water or apple juice and inject the loin to improve my internal curing. Anyone ever done this??? Also , Anyone ever find a seasoning , spice or herb that interferes w/ curing??? I have done a few CBs and they were good but did not cure all the way thru after following directions .( right amounts of cure for 7 days ) Just thinking about other ways to get the cure all the way thru the loin.
