"Those are fresh pork leg eye of the rounds.  Very nice product, but they are actually labelled incorrectly - they are not "ham" eyes, inferring that they are a cured and smoked product, but fresh pork leg eye of the rounds.  If they had been cured and smoked, then they would be ham eyes. However, regardless, they look beautifully done and delicious!  Thank you for posting!"

This is how they were explained to me by Pops.....
I just tried to search "Pork Leg Eye of Round", and apparently they are rare, because the search kept pulling the switcharooney on me to Beef Eye Round.

However I'm sure Pork Eye of Round would be Great made into CB, as long as they aren't so small that they look like a stack of Quarters when sliced.

Thanks Bear. Didn't mean to hijack the thread, just been meaning to ask you this for a while.

I will let you know when I have a free minute to attempt this, and how it works out.

Good looking meal John.  A man could definitely survive quite well on a diet of that.

Thank You Gary!!

CB is Great, and it's one of the least expensive Great flavored items!!

I can always find nice Boneless Pork Loins for under $2.00 per pound!!!
