Can I brine a turkey and a whole loin in the same bucket?

    Knowing the general opinion that poultry meat is "nastier" than pork...

    This bird actually is from a farm not a processor. But the loin is Costco's.

    I want to smoke them in the same time....I thought I could brine them together.

    Also: what's the best way to reheat the loin? (I will freeze it after cooking).

    NO..... The 2 meats have different bacteria and pathogens....
