If this or something similar has been posted before I apologize. This is the rub I used on the last 2 Can Can Chickens. 1 Tbs Salt 1 Tbs Paprika 1/2 Tbs Black Pepper 1/2 Tbs Granulated Garlic 1/2 Tbs Granulated Onion 1 Tsp Celery seed (crushed) 1 Tsp Rosemary (crushed) I wanted one that had no sugar in it, since I like to do 2 at a time and put a couple bags in the freezer for the wife to use for taco's or pot pie etc. The sugar isn't needed in my opinion for those other recipes. This rub gave some great flavor for the chicken straight out of the smoker.
