hi guys,

Pretty new to the smoking game. Went through last summer on a 40 dollar charcoal unit. Just picked up a 30 inch MES for this summer. I've been lurking on the forums for a while and have picked up a great deal of insight. Figured I'd sign up and start contributing.

Welcome to the forums, Buzz!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastime...grilling and smoking great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable people here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty!
