Burnt Ends- First Try At 'Em

I didn't ever think burnt ends looked that impressive until I saw yours, Riv. Those looked like they came out full of flavor, and as tender as you mentioned! Nice work, thanks for sharing this!

That truely sounds and looks like an insanely good treat right there!

If I didn't have plans for my point from my packer, I'd try this next week when the cure is finished...maybe I'll get another packer late this week...got a trip planned for Sam's Club.....soooooooooooooooo.....

I appreciate that Alex and any recipe's you want to share are great. My plan was to kinda make Tommy C's World Class Comp Winning Chili that I discovered on a thread in here. I copied the recipe and it looks exellent. I would really like any ideas you have, cause I haven't decided on anything concrete yet, the concept is still swirling around
