I wasn't even gonna take any pictures of this, but the Grill Marks looked so nice, I got the camera so you guys could see too!!!


Not a lot of talk on this one, just a few pics.

Wish I could have smoked them!

That's what I really like about using the Mini-WSM. Super easy to get going, can do a low temp smoke, remove the pot and sear direct on the coals! Not to mention the thing sips fuel! I took advantage of the memorial day (yeah that's back in May) sales on briquettes, I still have more than half of what I bought and I use this thing several times a week!

I think I should explain what I meant when I said, "I wish I could have smoked them".
 

Mrs Bear doesn't like her Burgers smoked.

I have in the past smoked mine, and then met hers on the grill.

I got them all done just right but it was a Royal PITA to get them all to finish together.

When your wife wants hers without smoke, and you want yours smoked, it doesn't matter what kind of grill & smoker you got---It's a PITA !!
