Building my first RF smoker

so while it's not nearly as efficient as what i see many of you achieving on your smokers, it's turned out pretty well for something i haven't seen before (the way it's configured).  without using the blower at all, i'm holding steady at about 215, and i'm getting about 8 hours out of each bag of charcoal (20 lbs).  for a smoker with this kind of capacity, (46 sq ft of cooking surface) i'm pretty happy with that.  i'll be using it only for larger functions ( i own a small restaurant and catering co.) so going through $50 in fuel to feed 300+ ppl is not bad.  now i have to start on a smoker for my personal use ...
