Took a crack at some Short Ribs over the weekend... Trimmed and ready for the smoker One hour in...running about 225 Two hours Took close to 5 hours to get IT to 165....then foil Man can not live by meat alone (or could he?)...I bet he could but let's do some potatoes, shroom's and onions. cup of red wine and spices added to a bid of the drippings. 7 hours and back on for a little sauce.... Those look good.... Those were good!!!
