Brisket appetizer

    Well not to brag but the name Emiril lagasse was mentioned after the following was had as an appetizer tonight.... Brisket rubbed with cowboy rubbed and smoked with cherry and hickory.  Sliced thin and placed on thinly cut baguettes with homemade horseradish sauce.... Delicious, thanks all for the smoking help

    sorry guys... was rushing to put it together and I blinked and it was all gone! Thinking about doing it again for New Years Eve party... i'll get the qview next time
