Brine+Rotisserie=Delicious W/Q-view

  1. I started yesterday with a simple brine of 1 gallon of water, 1 cup of salt, about 1/4 cup of rosemary and 1/4 cup of thyme. I soaked a 4.5lb baby chicken for about 24 hours and cooked it in my showtime rotisserie. It was sooo good. Out of the brine, I put on my multi seasoning that I made (lowrys, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and some black pepper) and let it go. In the future I will only add black pepper as the skin was pretty salty but the meat itself was amazing. Learning experiences are the best.
