Finished Product: Babybacks Ribs turned out fine but I cooked them for about a half an hour too long. Next time I will cook for 3 hours instead of 3.5. Fatties turned out awesome. I like to use the thin slices of the fatties on a Take and Bake Pizza or fried up like bacon.
