Breast of veal, good deal? Any ideas?

    Went to Shoprite to get some chicken quarters to smoke up but they were out. I did find something that I thought was interesting. A Breast of veal, 5.74lbs.
    I thought it was a good deal so I grabbed it.
    Anyone ever try this? Any good ideas? I was going to rub it up and smoke it but hoped someone had any ideas.

    I've never smoked one but one of our family food traditions is to stuff them and roast in the oven. We stuff with a rice and ground meat mixture with spices. A middle eastern thing. You cut the meat from the bones and it makes a great big pocket. Breast of veal are really fatty so a lot of the fat can be trimmed away. We sew up the top flap of meat to the meat between the bones. The veal meat if really good but they are again very fatty. Just my experience. Like to see what others have done with them.
