I cooked a pork loin and it turned out awesome. Surely not enough to fill up the pit though. I'm going whole hog pretty soon!

I will. I cooked a 10lb bone in Boston butt on my weber one-touch yesterday with indirect heat. It yielded 6lbs of the finest pulled pork BBQ I've ever made. It was cooked with Kingsford mesquite charcoal and Kingsford smokehouse briquettes for 8 hrs and pulled off at 202° and immediately pulled apart.
