Bradley 2 Rack.

    I gotta test one of the new Bradley 2 rack smokers

    Unboxing and seasoning.

    Got some time to kill so here is my review of the seasoning of the 2 rack.

    First read the entire instructions. Read again if you need to.
     




    Racks



    Rear of 2 rack.



    Front




    DO NOT USE THE SMOKER INDOORS UNLESS YOU CAN ACHIEVE 100% VENTILATION TO THE OUTSIDE.


    Seasoning.


    DO NOT FILL THE PUCK BIN WITH WATER
     



    Now i gotta find something to smoke.

    Power levels

    PL 01   C-73-109         F 160-200
    PL 02   C- 90-110        F 190-230
    PL 03   C- 110-130      F 230-270
    PL 04   C- 125-150      F 260-300
    PL 04   C- 145-164      F 290-330

  2. Well check that little dude out.  I've never seen one.  That would be a nice addition to the RV...but that's what the mini wsm is for!  LOL

    New, just came out this month.

    I sold my WSM and Mini.

    I would have to figure out a way to 100% ventilate. Looks like it gets nice and hot too!

    Smoked Burgers

    Made 2 burgers for the 2 rack.

    Used this seasoning.



    Pre heated with PL 04 setting and 2 pucks of hickory.
     


    At 45 mins


    Flipped. IT here is 147


    Took out at an IT of 156
