Boudin its whats for Lunch

    After reading CBs post about the Boudin going bad,I had to check mine.Steamed for 10 min. then finished in a CI fryer.


    Had some yellow bell peppers defrosted



    served with some FireHouse Hot Sauce



    We like this a few packs left

    I've talked with a few folks and determined my rookie mistake...  Yours looks spot on and great links!

    Not to sure about those peppers, but the boudin looks out frickin standing!!

    How its heated makes a huge difference.

    I've had good luck putting them frozen in the microwave on high for about 3 minutes. Two of them with hot sauce or mustard makes a dandy lunch!

    you have to nuke them slow or the casing will bust or ooze., that's the way I heat mine up too sometimes.
