With fatties in and out youd think id had enough. But never too much smoke once you get primed up. Put her on at 5ish last night and she still didnt finish until 11:30 this morning. Do the math almost 16 hours. First time I finished her IN the bradley. But I wrapped her at 140 about 4 in the morning the long climb to 185 took another half a day. Had the smoker running 220 which means an average of 210 with the spikes. If i hadnt fell asleep with the vents wide open I might have sped it up an hour or two. When the pucks are burning I leave her wide open, then shut her to about 4 or 5 hairs depending on moisture. Anyway I wasnt in a hurry at 10 oclock in the morning.
 
Yum - pulled pork ... might as well fill up the smoker while you had some fatty's in there!
