Decided it had been to long since my last smoke..about a week and a half..WAY TO LONG!!!!! I marinated the butt over night in a spicy bloody mary mix and green diced chiles. then covered it in horseradish mustard. and applied a homemade rub. It's been smokin now for a while and wrapped it at 165* will post pics of the finished product. oh and i am doing a mix of hickory and mesquite. not sure about this mix but will soon find out.
