Must be meat ignorant but have never heard of these. Bought some and have them in the smoker now. Anyone ever had any experience with them?
 
he he.....my first though was the McD's McRib sandwhich......that's boneless, right?

I hope you know I'm just kidding. I haven't heard of them either. I'd be curious of the results, but personally I think the bone aids in the cooking process; similar to running an aluminum nail through a baked potato.

They are big at Fareway and Hy-Vee here in IOWA, they useally cook fast and can get dry just as fast, but are great eating
