Last week FL had LB for $2.99/# regular $5.99/# so it was same as BOGO. I got a bunch for jerky.

I've never done London Broil on the pit. How do you guys cook it? Like brisket?
I make jerky out of it. If you smoke it you only need to cook to an IT of 135ºF. It is quite lean. You don't want it to dry out. Unless you're making jerky.
