Not really smoking, but you'll love these burgers! Blue Cheese Burgers 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 cloves minced garlic 2 green onions (we use more) 1/2 cup (about 2 oz, we use 4 oz) crumbled blue cheese 1 egg salt and CBP to taste They are a little fragile flip gently Also used some of the leftover Chorizo and cream cheese to make some ABT,s (and some smoked almonds, not pictured). I wasn't thrilled with the combination. And here's the wife making fun of my set up. It was to nice a day, no chores, and so I couldn't sit inside to watch the game!
