  1. ok here it is man it was good!!!

    2 lbs sausage rolled out in a one gal. baggie.


    with onions, potatoes and cheddar cheese


    eggs and more cheese


    now the biscuits


    all wrapped up with bacon








    pulled off the smoker at 161* took about 3 1/2 hours at 225*








    everything was awesome, the butts took for ever so my brother finished them up in his oven but I had to leave so I will let you how they turn out.

    nice! i love the way a full smoker looks. :) were the biscuits very soggy? i would love to see the making of the B.A.G. fatty. did you stretch the biscuits?
