My name is Gleason and I'm a born and raised Texan currently living on the East Side of Dallas. I've been grilling for a long time but got into smoking about two years ago. I own a 22" Weber, 26.75" Weber and a Pit Barrel Cooker. Started smoking with a Smokenator on the 26.75 Weber and have since acquired a Pit Barrel. It's become a bit of an addiction and am hoping to graduate to a full sized wood smoker asap. Glad to be a part of this forum and am looking forward to learning some new tricks.
