Hey all, My name is Andy and I live just north of Sarasota Fl. Until 6 months ago my only out door cooking was done on a gas grill. In March I ordered a pit barrel cooker and had my first experience with charcoal. I've used it quite a bit since, mainly for pulled pork. I have done ribs and chicken as well with good results. I want to move onto some real smoking with some new equipment. I'm here to soak up the knowledge and tips.
