First there was the Fattay. then there was the Beer Can Chicken! this uncommon Chook was Cooked on toppa a PBR in a Char-Broil Grill turned Smoker. Cheery and Apple on the fire(gas). the Rub was Commercial "rub on fire " peri peri and it made this chook great! Rinsed Dryed Rubbed just like at the SPA then Stuck in the Smoker with its friends for two hours. with a bit o Bacon and brown suger on top!~ came out JUICY and Sweet! MM MM Good!
