Great looking chicken!! Thanks for making my decision easier on what to smoke next. Any chance you'd share what temp you had your smoker?

I had my smoker at 230-240 for a 5lb bird and it took about 3hrs,also I brined it overnight

just in case this is the brine I use

place bird in pot and cover with water

1 cup kosher salt

1tbls minced garlic

1tbls black pepper

1/4 cup worst sauce

1/3 cup brown sugar

thats it let sit covered overnight, next day rinse and dry then shove your favorite beer up you know where

Oh my! I have questions. Your deviled eggs look so good. How long did you smoke them? Where can I find the beer can holder? Your ABT's make my mouth water.
