Been awhile.....but I'm still smokin'

    I've been away for awhile.....working way too much. But that's over for now, and I'm busy at home now. Got alot to catch up on!

    Anyhow...did some smokin' the day before turkey day...so here's some Q View:

    Some baby backs....before and after. I took 'em out of the smoker after about 3.5 hrs, applied a bit of sauce, and stuck 'em under the broiler for a bit.





    Here's a pork loin I did up for some Canadian bacon. There's just way too many threads on bacon....I just had to try some!







    And a bit of Salmon too. My wife snatched it up and packed it all up before I could get an "after" picture.....guess I'll just have to do some more soon!
