My name is Jamie Griffin I have been active in smoking for about 3 years now. I have managed to accumulate some pretty nice gear. My pride and joy is my tailgate rig a 5x8 utility trailer with a double drum 2 door smoker with a reverse flow system and a 2x2 firebox of quarter inch plate. Also a fryer,a gas burner for pots an LP vertical smoker used as a warming box. Best part is the 2x2 wildcat blue box complete with stainless bar sink powered by a 12 volt water pump and a deep cycle battery. As soon as i can figure out how to post pics on here I will show everybody.
Seems like a great bunch of guys on here and i am finally getting good enough that I may be able to offer some sdvice to others for once.
