Well, it's been a few months since I've smoked anything. I'll make sure to take pics. It was kind of a last minute thing to have folks over for NYE, so I've got two 3.5lb butts (would have preferred a whole 7-8lb one, but time is against me today, some country style ribs, and the piece de resistance - Dutch's Stuffed pork loin with sausage..... Looked good, so I had to do it too! Add some BBQ beans to that, and we have a party.
I'm even smoking the skin from the shoulder for the dogs... We'll see how that turns out!
