Follow the same 3-2-1 method

Lots of Rib Rub Recipes listed on the forum

You would just use your oven, rather than a smoker

Could add "Liquid Smoke" if you can't smoke on your grill

I finish on the grill for

Give it a try!

I love beef ribs aka Dino Bones. Do a search for Dino Bones and you will find a ton of info. I like to keep it simple with my beef ribs. I rub mine just like I was doing a prime rib. Garlic & onion powder, a little sea salt, pepper and some Canadian Steak seasoning. You can cover it with worcestershire sauce and then put the seasonings on. They are AWESOME! I follow the 3-2-1 as Todd mentioned. Try to find some meaty ribs if you can. I have a hard time finding them around here.
