Beef "Short" Ribs

    Smoked some more "short" ribs from Sam's Club today. Rubbed them with evoo and my rub.



    Smoked at 225 for 3 hours.



    I love these things. [​IMG] Kids prefer these to the "regular" beef ribs, guess they don't like gnawing on bones.

    Wow, what great Q View Dawn. I'm trying to lose weight... I think I need to lose my eyesight first!

    Those do look good, what kind of rib cut are they? Not sure that I see that often around here.

    According to Sam's Club, they are beef short ribs.

    Those definatly look great dawn. Did you sauce them or is that your rub. I have a bunch of those in the freezer too.

    Just my rub. We don't usually use any sauce in this house even though we have it.
     
  14. Looks great, Dawn. We are typically a no-sauce family too. We just love rub too much to ruin it with a wet sauce.

    I've done these things from Sam's three times. They are really good. It's like chewin on steak. Yours look Shweeeeet! I don't sauce them either.
