Got in the mood for some Beef backed ribs and thought I would add a couple of the Prime Rib soup bones we get from WD.
Marinaded them over night...........

.....in what else..........MOJO

The beef ribs went into an aluminum pan with a little mojo in the bottom. They'll smoke here for around 2 1/2 hours.

The prime rib bones will go till an internal temp of 140 to 145º and get basted with Southern LA Hot and Spicey basting sauce.

Suprisingly they only took just over two hours to reach temp.

I removed the ribs from the pan and placed them on the grate for around a 1/2 hour, then into some foil for 45 minutes.

After the foil I basted with the LA Southern Sauce and gave them another 30 minutes on the grate.

Wife and I loved them. Fall of the bone tender. Had some fried Okra and some steamed corn on the cob with them. YUMMY.
