So on new years eve I had some beef meatballs that were itching to go for a ride on the GOSM. So I decided to make Moinks. But no toothpicks so I went with a Kabob. I also had pepperoni so I said what the hey. Put a pepperoni on the outside of the meatball then wrapped in bacon. Coated in rub and cooked. Took about 80 minutes or so. At 60 minutes I coated with a BBQ sauce that was sent to me from scpatterson. Thanks Chris Thanks for looking.
