The bbq virgin went to the store and bought 2 beef arm roasts. The butcher said it was similar to ribeye...hmmmm. Let us know how long to cook it, to what temp etc. It's currently on the smoker with the soon to be pulled pork, salmon and shrimp. Hook us up!
 
Well dang..I never knew cows had arms. All I can say is 130 rare as all getout, 140 med-rare... etc. IF it's a ribeye like cut... plenty of fat might even consider pulling one and slicing one. To pull go to 180 or above.

On edit" Be sure to use a drip pan to catch juices for gravy/sauce!
