Served with and appetizer of steamed artichokes.

Yup my good friend. We are still doing Low Carb Q at this house.(LCQ)  My blood test came back last week.  After 6 months  Cholesterol, Sugars and Triglycerides are all normal or below.  Feeling great! Eat the butter and not the bread!  LOL b

LOL.. That all changes about every ten years, next you'll be able to eat the bread but not the butter. Just remember its ok now to eat all the bacon you want.... I am liking this cycle better anyway. LOL

My pop who'll be 91 this year allways says, you can eat or drink all you want of anything if you'll just get off your butt and work it off.

Thank for the kind words Bryce,  Yeah the wife put me on a diet after Chrismas day.  No carbs... Fortunately Q is on the diet.  Just no sauce.. But thats okay.

Chef?  Me?  I'm just a duffer in the ranks and files of this place.  

I've made a number of good friends here that make their living by cooking and have clawed their way to the significant title of Chef.

You can see that since going low carb I've found another use for my pizza pan!  Har! b
