    Ready to go after 10 days, pear or peach

    TBS. Look carefully at cover on table

    Hot smoked at 200-225*  Stayed at 133* forever after 3 hrs. Wrapped in foil and brought into oven at 200 for an hr. Still at 133. Took out andid the towel thing, put in cooler till morn. It is GREAT!
