Making some q tonight for this weekend...reheated at the resort (better than no q...right?)

Three racks of BB's from Costco (3 pack $35.20/ $3.89/Lb)and a Perdue Chicken ($5/ $1.09/Lb)

Also have one of the 2 butts from last weekend I'll bring...

  Is that a Fluke 52-2 (ii)? If so, how do you like it? I have a lot of Fluke test equipment but never used that model...

Half hour more? The thermo is a fluke 52ii, nice unit...doesn't like getting wet though... :(
 
Good flavor and tender enough for a reheat!

I think the moisture from the bird set me back over an hour, but all is well.
