Thanks rib wizard. The skirting would definitely be easier to install, so I will probably go that route. You mentioned creating reverse flow inside the smoker. I've seen double barrel smokers with two pipes between the firebox and cooker, and then two exhausts on the sides.. Would that be better, or is reverse flow a key factor?
