Bacon wrapped Andouille stuffed pork tenderloin w/Q-View

  1. Smoked a few Andouille stuffed pork tenderloins wrapped in bacon today. Made some pretzel bun sliders with plum chipotle glaze. Smoked them about 2 hours around 260*. Here's the end results.

    I can only imagine how much flavor there was in those sliders. Nice work!
