I've been grilling during my absence but haven't been doing any smoking at all. With 3 young kids and the wife at work and school it is just to hard to spend any day at the smoker.

Well today was a day off so I pulled the trigger at about 1030. I made a rub and lit the drum while the wife was on the way home from school and promptly went to get some buy-one-get-two-free racks at the store when she got home. I quickly prepped and rubbed the ribs and put them on. I grilled up some corn during the last hour of the 3-1.5-1 and got everything done at once. I wasn't planning on posting this one but these ribs just came out great. Chalk up another good Q to the UDS..
