Back Loin and Pork Shoulders... Q-view

  1. Today I am smoking 2 pork shoulders and a back loin. Started around noon today. Its a rainy day here in MO. Used my own dry rub on these.
  2. Time to wrap. Meant to take a pic off the grill but put brown sugar on before I remembered. Also put honey and butter in before I wrapped them. Now for the stretch run.
