Back into the fire!

Hello,

Just got back from a week in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I was attending my son's wedding. I didn't meet very many folks who were into smokin', but I did come up with a variation of a FATTY.

I'll be putting it together this weekend with Q Views to match, I hope my taste buds can hook-up with the creative side of my brain.
