Baby Backs - Weber Kettle ?'s

  1. Hi guys,

    I don't have any time for a proper smoke tonight when I get home from tonight and thought I might try a higher temperature cook with the Weber.

    Has anyone done baby backs with higher heat in the Weber at lets say somewhere around 350 degrees?

    Any tips or thoughts on how they turn out?

  2. I used to grill baby backs on my propane all of the time before I got a smoker. They actually turn out great.
